Great idea! I want to join. One tip regarding tracking: take a quick photo of your meal/snack before eating so you can remember when you track later.

I could easily gain over the holidays. I will do the maintain on Thanksgiving and Christmas (day/partial week). Will be trying to lose otherwise. I'll be having surgery on Friday and soft foods only for 2 weeks. I need to eat more non-starchy veggies, drink more water and track better.

There’s vegetables in my Nanny’s dressing recipe. 🙃 I agree with you though, green beans are probably the only actual vegetable on our Thanksgiving table/plate. Well, we generally have a veggie platter but I get caught up eating the olives. And yes, I need the challenge!
