So I have made this recipe 3 times each time a little different. I prefer to do this with pork, not a big fan of chicken. Also I had about a tbsp. Of cottage cheese Leftover from another recipe and I tossed that in and it was a little more fluffy. We both liked that.
I am a retired private chef, and I can't wait to try this recipe. Thank you for sharing it. I am new to the carnivore way of eating waiting to have blood work done before I start.
I added a little bit of melted butter to the chicken smoothie. Helped to firm up better in the fridge. Pipped in an icing bag and used scissors to cut them. Was less messy. Thank you for your recipes
I made this tonight for dinner for my boyfriend and I. While we've never made it before, I just happened to watch the video couple days ago and last night when I was at the store there was ground pork on the markdown rack! I bought it and thought that would probably work just as well as ground chicken. It turned out deliciously! Oh, and because we like spicy stuff, I used the Mac's brand ghost pepper jack flavored chicharrones/pork rinds for the topping and also added some ground jalapeno powder into the cheese sauce. All-in-all, delish!! Oh, and just to make it easier, when I put water in my pot for the double boiler, I just added extra water, so once my cheese sauce was done, I took it off, added salt to the water in the pot and then used it to cook my meat in, rather than getting out of separate pan. Worked great. Thanks for the recipes!
I'm really enjoying your creative videos and esp how short and sweet and to the point they are. I like crunch stuff, I wonder how it would turn out if you friend the "noodles" instead of boiling them. This looks like a great idea for when boredom sets in!! I will be trying this!
Made it last night. Promising, but not cheesy enough, even with adding an extra ounce of cheese. I'm thinking a 1:1 ratio of cheese to cream might be right. The chicken gnocchi were great, but my plastic bag had a tucked in kind of corner, so it made two holes when I snipped it. Chicken goop everywhere. Still traumatized.
For those of us who don't have a food processor the best way that I had from grinding down pork rinds is to put them in a plastic bag put them on the floor take a heavy pan if you have a cast iron skillet that's the best and just smash that bag …..that works
Unfortunately, where I am from, store bought pork rinds are fried in seed oil
What substitute can be used for pork rinds?
Made this several times, one of my favs. So creamy & the crunchy topping is great ❤
OMG YOU ARE THE MOTHER FUDGING GOAT
these recipes all look interesting, but honestly…. I'll just stick to my meat and cheese …. I don't mind "boring"….

White pepper has significantly less oxalates than black pepper…
Looks so good
Seems like pork rind pasta should exist in a store.
Looks like it might be good, will have to give it a try.

Yup made this yesterday and ate leftovers today. Delicious!
@CarnivorousChef — Can elbow noodle shape be used or just these dumplings?
Maybe ziti, penne, or rigatoni?

I’ve thought about using gristle as the “mac” but the problem is where to even buy a bunch of it?
Yummy
Do a fried version in lard and tell me how it came out
