Who's ready for fall and some hearty soups? I love a good soup, you can get so many meals out it.
Perfect recipe for this rainy day and I have all the ingredients! Yummy! Thank you!
Hello Debbie, great recipe your soup looks delicious.
I’m trying to lose weight and this is where I get super confused. You have potatoes in the soup, so when having a bowl (50/50 plate) would I not need to have anymore starch for that meal? And if I wasn’t full would I need to have more non-starchy vegetables??Plus some bloggers say to not have any Tofu or Tempeh because they’re processed and not great for the weight loss phase. As you’re a similar age as me and coeliac like me, I value your opinion 🥰
Soy curls would be great in that
Great fall meal. Thanks 😊

Looks great Debbie. I will definitely try it. Thank you for the great recipe.
I always love it when you include your outtakes at the end.

Another great soup recipe!! Thanks Deb! 👍
Looks great! Have to try this 🙂 When I make potato soup, I always use (plain "potato buds" brand) dried potato flakes, in unsweetened plant milk to thicken.
Can you use cornstarch instead of arrowroot?

YES!!!! Yum!!! 😋😋😋
The soup looks really good. Pretty much how I make my vegetable soup, adding the milk and thickener will be a game changer. Thank you!
