Seems like just yesterday Holly was just pregnant! 🙏 for all of you! Also wanted to tell you that I have finally recommitted to tying to lose weight and get healthy. I don’t feel good, everything hurts and I can’t always be an active participant in my family’s life. So I finally got off my you know what and I am on day four of tracking and measuring. This is do in a large part to you and your never give up attitude. So thank you. When it’s hard for you and you are struggling, remember that you are an inspiration to others and maybe that will help get you over the hump that day. Of course the JPP (Joan’s Pointed Plate) and Dish with Dee have also been highly motivating. You three have put together a fabulous community of support, from menu plans to tasty treats. Thank you all.

Good thinking there about the salt free lemon pepper, I hope that works. Thanks for the menu ideas. I heat Ellio’s in a fry pan sprayed with spam heat on low then add a Tablespoon of water and cover till it’s really hot and cheese melts. Steamed sort of – takes a awhile. I like it better than in oven the crust doesn’t get soggy kinda of a cardboard texture to start.

    Baby's coming soon!!!!
I bought 1 Jack's beef stick last week when I went inside Walmart to try it because believe it or not this southern girl has never had a beef stick and I need a low carb option to put in my car that is nonperishable and after comparing labels discovered that jacks has fewer carbs and if I'm not mistaken cleaner ingredients. But I cant compare the taste since I've never tried any other brand.
