    I had never heard of Mississippi pot roast and now I've seen it three times by three different people in the last week. I'm not the beef eater I used to be, since my heart surgery, however, I would like to try this. I am working on a few meals. Thanks for the encouragement to plan! Hugs, E.

    Everything looks good. When I make broccoli salad, I put some small cauliflour pieces in also and I just use a package of real bacon bits in place of frying bacon. I love that salad.

    Love that Mississippi Pot Roast. I make it at least once a month. I have never thought about shredding it but that's a great idea. It would be a perfect in a bowl with lettuce or cabbage also like a taco bowl. I will take the roast out and using cornstarch and more water (because the 2 mixes are so salty) make a gravy to put over potatoes. Perfect dinner. Thank you so much for sharing with us!
