This week we bring you the first recipe in our series of 4 Keto Holiday recipes. This week we present a Low Carb/Keto Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake. This is sure to be the hit of any holiday gathering, it delicious, beautiful and most of all keto safe.ย  You don't have to feel left out, at those upcoming holiday events in fact the "carbies" will probably eat more of this than you will.

You can slow the shrinkage and prevent cracks by turning the oven off and cracking the door with a spoon when it's done baking. Just leave it for 1 hour in the cooling oven and take it out to finish cool completely on the counter before refrigerating. Then refrigerate overnight to set the structure.

I want to thank you for this super easy recipe. I was nervous about making cheesecake because others came out dry to me. But this was tasty , sweet and creamy. I listened to CJ's testing and added more swerve and two squirts of liquid stevia, perfect! Did not put berries in cake as I wanted different toppings later, so I baked for 30 minutes hardly any jiggle in center. Thanks again it's good to be able to trust a recipe and ya'll. Have a blessed weekend

Thank you for sharing your recipes. May I suggest that you add an overlay of the entire recipe during the whole video and if you like you can bold/highlight the current ingredient you're working on. Thanks
