    I’m going to try this in my crockpot. I do it sometimes in the oven as well. They both turn out great. I did the same thing when I was a kid — on my bday I would get to pick what mom made for dinner and I always asked for “stringy beef.” I didn’t know the real name. She always put carrots and potatoes around the roast. Yummy. Can’t wait to try cinnamon, minus the potatoes of course 🤗

    Cinnamon…oh yum! My hubby is of Italian origin so this would be a great treat for him! Just wondering how many ounces of cooked roast you consider a serving, as 10 servings sounds like a very small serving size of cooked meat. I often think I need a reality check regarding portions!! 😀 Thanks for the video and recipe, I'm looking forward to trying this!
