I made those a couple of weeks ago before I saw this video. I used pork rinds and used my air crisp function on the Ninja Foodi Grill. Holy smokes were they fabulous. I put a little Mayo and a splash of yellow mustard (I was out of Dijon) in a glass bowl & mixed. Salt &:pepper tenderloins. Put 6 chicken tenderloins in the bowl. Mixed up with my hands and set aside for about 15 mins or so while I fixed a small salad. I wiped off excess Mayo, coated in pork rinds, placed on wire rack until I finished coating the tenderloins. Put in air crisp basket. Sprayed them with a little avocado oil or what you have. Air fried 3 mins on each side; I also sprayed the other side when I turned them, a very light spraying. Holy smokes were they the best, real juicy and tender. This was my first time using the air crisp function on my Ninja. BTW, I have made so many of your recipes. I am new to Keto; 8 weeks in and 11 lbs lost. I am loving Keto. Amazing!

I’m making the zucchini and Parmesan crisps next.

Just fry chicken pieces in lard,no breading at all. Best tasting, crispy goodness! Slather with garlic butter, then experience awesome! Look up (butter bob)YouTube videos.

What I use and have a video here on my channel about works best, and that is powdered Aldi keto bread. It is as good as any carb filled breading. Sometimes I add 0 carb protein powder too.

thanks for the video, one tip, when baking, you can spray the bread coating
with some olive oil, or coconut oil before baking them, which helps to brown them, and bake them on a rack.

This is an old video so I'm sure this has been said, but I've always had the best luck with pork rinds mixed with parmesan in equal parts. Egg wash is cool, but melted butter also works well.

F'ing brilliant. I just bought some pork rinds without a clear plan, and YouTube randomly suggested I should watch this. Thank you, oven baked, pork-rind-breaded chicken tenders are in my near future.

Love the pork rinds and finely dusted bacon bits.. Also chicken skins or chicken rinds.. crushed as the coating and fried brings back the old fashioned taste but w zero carbs as well 🥰 works great even in the Air fryer.. thats what was missing here.. the Air fryer line up 🤔🤗

I combined coconut flour, a little nutritional yeast, crushed pork rinds and garlic/herb salt and fried them in beef tallow……INSANE!! So good!
I made more of the flour mixture than I needed, so I also made a few onion rings with it….also AMAZEBALLS!!!
