Just watched this video. I love my crock pot, I use it several times a month in the colder months. An easy way to clean your crock pot is to spray it with cooking spray before adding the food. While you are eating dinner, let the crock pot soak with soapy hot water and it washes up like a breeze. What I don’t like about the liners is it’s hard to get the food out and the plastic liners are just too messy. Hope this helps Vanessa.

I'm vegan but I can veganize anything. I go for anything using a Crock-Pot I've been using a crock pot since they came out when I was 8 years old the first thing I used to make all the time with a garlic pork roast with sliced onions and gravy. It was really good. I have made taco soup for decades and it never had cheese in it of any sort. We talked our bowls with some cheese but it never had cheese in the soup.

One of my fave crockpot recipes is mini meatloves I found on Pinterest. Another super easy recipe (not crockpot) is baked chicken fajitas, again found on Pinterest. Slice onion and pepper and put in casserole dish. Then add 4-6 chicken breasts that have been seasoned with salt and pepper. On top add shredded cheese. Bake 425 for 20-30 mins. Fast and low carb. I eat with side salad or broccoli.

The steak bites looked yummy. I would eat the Tuscan chicken but my girls would probably not like the sun dried tomatoes. I have one instant pot and/or slow cooker meal on the meal plan every week.

    Thanks for sharing
