    I keep my onions in the refrigerator and I never cry anymore! I love that you are adapting to a low carb lifestyle! Good for you! Good luck with it! Have you tried Stevia or Monks Fruit as a sweetener? They are not supposed to raise your blood sugar! Both can be found at the supermarket. God Bless!
