    I wonder if it would be easier to have a meal plan set up for her every week. I think a bit of structure would do her good. Doing the exercises in the old video she uploaded would be great as well. Even just a little bit everyday would help so much.

    Jen I say this bc I do care and want to see you succeed. It really is a mental thing with food. I am trying to lose weight too and I'm losing it slowly but it's easy and sustainable. Set a calorie goal and use my fitness pal. Don't obsess over the calorie goal but pay attention to calories and serving sizes of everything you eat. You will be surprised at how much we over eat. Notice the way you feel when eating, pay attention and stop when you are full. Just by doing that I've lost 16 lbs in about two months. I'm not perfect, no one is. I've had bad meals but I haven't eaten all of my food in two months bc I get full and stop. Before I kept eating because it tasted good. Now I just save the rest and eat it when I'm actually hungry again. It works. I do try to eat alot of whole foods, meat and veggies, but I have eaten fast food a few times. I've still had a and da when I want it just not constantly. I know I could do better by cutting out more of the soda but it's better to improve some than improve every and get burnt out and quit. Diet really is 80% of weight loss. Good luck! I want to see you healthy and happy!

    I’m not trying to be overly critical. I just want to ask how this food prep and video is different from the many others that came before it. You know, the chaffles, the keto cheesecake, the eggs with stuff in them. The snacks, the grocery hauls full of cheese, all of that. Is this going to work somehow when nothing else did? What’s changed? I still see a preoccupation with food. And that’s not conducive to weight loss

    Chicken and rice is yum . Use olive oil and garlic and ginger to cook the chicken then just brown rice. 😋 it's healthy. All food gets boring if u eat it alot but your body will get use to it and ur taste buds 😋

    Really you have got bigger I’ve been fighting my cancer for over a year I’ve changed my life by being careful eating salads vegetables and lean meat no sugar fat salt processed crap and beaten my bulimia because I didn’t want to die!!! If you really want to change for health you would. I haven’t watched you in a year and now another year has gone by and guess what you haven’t lost weight on this Keto. You have been doing this for nearly 4 years seriously dilluded. People do keto in months to get amazing results. You ha ha it obviously isn’t working and I think you are obviously eating more than you let on. Big joke Jen!!!! Your new name shame on you.

    All you people complaining about her using canned chicken, or not having enough veggies, etc. STFU!!! This woman is TRYING! You should be ENCOURAGING her, not DISCOURAGING her! Should she eat more veggies? Sure, most of us should. Would it have been better to use fresh chicken? Of course. But you don’t have to keep saying it, especially so rudely! A better way to say it would be, “Good job giving keto a try! Next time, maybe you can try cutting up some fresh chicken, dipping it in egg, and rolling it in almond flour, with a side of broccoli or some creamed spinach!” But acting like she’s committing some cardinal sin when she’s trying is horrible.
