So I just made this. I don't know how it tastes after cooking. The individual layers tasted decent with a finger dip. And I'm kinda terrible at baking so I absolutely will say it could just be me, BUT I found the bottom layer so thick that it wouldn't even spread. I had to add water to it. Then, I notice on the vid that we go from cream cheese in a bowl to a magically whipped fluffy topping except cream cheese is heavy and so it doesn't just magically make poofy whip, so that was also thicker than his looked and it didn't spread well at all on top of the chocolate layer. I did terrible at the attempt to do the swirls so mine looks more like a mud puddle with some whitish yellow in it. lol But I still think the layers stayed mostly separate so hopefully it'll be okay.

Hello Aaron. I have to tell you, I made these over the Easter weekend here in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and I was shocked. They were delicious. The brownie part was so close to the real thing and the cheesecake part was creamy and delicious. I doubled the recipe and put half in my freezer cause I did not want to share. Thanks for the recipe and keep up the great videos. Love your channel.
