Hello πππβ€οΈππ
you.are so pretty.
i miss you girl.ππ
I need to make some of those pancake sandwiches with keto mix. Looks yummy
Apple fritters were a fail for me too, 15mns and they were dry as the Sahara lol. Kenny said he needed less oven time too. Gonna try his blueberry recipe. XO love ya
I always enjoy your videos thanks for sharing all your recipes you look amazing btw!! Great job
I love anabolic eating
I'm almost 40 and I lost almost 40 pounds this year
Great meal prep nicole!
I just want to try everything when itβs done idk how you restrain yourself
To save time, perhaps put your turkey bacon in the oven on a large tray all at once instead of many air fryer swaps.
Kidney beans are naturally sweet and so much better than chickpeas π
Yeah I find that lots of these anabolic baked goods are dry π. However, I am STILL excited for this lifestyle.
I love your meal prep ideas. So motivating. Thank you π β€οΈ
I have loved your vids and have been here since the beginning…even in you coupon/stock up days.
The keto journey is what really snagged me for good.
You have begun using food that is not very clean and now you are adding flour to your diet. So disappointed. I guess all things eventually come to an end
Wish you luck
2nd time watching this video today π I just love your meal prep videos. You make it look super easy. And knowing what you are going to eat is so motivating. Thank you for these videos.
can you use chickpea flour instead?
For the cake I wonder if it would work to do 1/2 and 1/2 with the chick peas and unsweetened applesauce?
the anabolic life isn't for me, but I can appreciate that you're chasing gains at this point in your journey and hope you get the results you desire while still feeling your best. If you're gonna be reincorporating regular flour though I would suggest you go for the sprouted grain kind. You might have to visit a health food store to find it (or maybe you'll find it on Amazon), but I think it's worth it for your GI and overall health. The brand I used pre-keto was by One Degree. It's organic and whole grain as well. All the best!
The time and energy you spend in your fitness journey is really impressive and motivating
So glad I have not tried the apple fritter yet lol ans saw this 1st π will watch IG to see about the Blueberry one. Thanks again for all that you do you rock π
