I tried the vegan tuna and honestly did not like at all. It had a weird smell and a strange brownish gravy that did not look appetizing. It was a bit mushy, too. Wouldn’t recommend, but I guess some people do like it.

I’m pretty sure you chopped up yams, not sweet potatoes. There’s actually a difference.
Sweet potatoes are always orange.
A tip : if you’re cocking potatoes and carrots together cut the carrots smaller and chop the potatoes in bigger blocks bc it have more water and it will cook faster than carrots

Hi Rose. Loved tge lentil stew. Definitely gonna give it a try. One question though, I am wondering if the lentils cooked through or were the al dente. And if they did cook through didn't the pasta turn to mush? Generally lentils take a bit to cook so I was quite surprised to see them cooked just like that with a simmer
The carbs are supper high 🤭 if u want to lose weight I would stay away from the stew/soup
