On my goodness. I love me some crawfish. Chitins too 👍🏽
Hey Chef — I have used that Italian Dressing trick on mutton lamb meat — it really helps take out that lanolin-gamey taste. Works for other strong-tasting meat as well.
Thank you for the cooking tips! MerryChristmas and a Happy Healthy Prosperous Safe New Year!!!!
Chef Jeffery. Have you ever cooked them, then breaded them and fried them? They are good that way too. I like the idea of the Italian dressing to kill the smell. Thanks for sharing. ❤😊
😋😋😋
Thanks for this awesome recipe Chef! I love a bowl 🥣 of chitterlings with hot sauce and a slice of corn bread 😋.
You forgot the cornbread and coleslaw
I agree with you about the crawfish lol
Did you open the lid a little to reduce it down?
I’d try em!
Thanks for sharing Chef.
I was born and raised in the south but I have never tried this before . Yummy

Chef Jeffrey, can I get some chitterlings
Tried to buy chitlins before Christmas. HEB didn't have any except hog maws. I am still on the lookout for them for New years😀
Corn bread, collard greens, Chita-leenz on my plate!
Not a favorite food of mine but no complaints. Just watching you with your enthusiasm is so informative with tips. Also love it when you sample your food. Makes me feel good that you like it so much and go for one more bite and one more bite. Thanks Chef Jeffery ❤❤❤
Hello there Chef Jeffery I was wondering was your chitterlings for the red bucket or u buy the 5 lb bag
Hey chef I’ll be good if I can get a bowl or a fork full 😂
You’re “ now they’re on the delicacy menu
My family members love chittin, but price of it has went up.
u will have ignorant people still saying chitterlings is slave food…but most cultures around the world eat intestines of animals…a lot of black americans are so insecure about our history in america they'll try to diminish what we did and ate
Sorry chef but no thank you 😟
You are so right! I use too eat them as a child but I had a bad experience with someone not cooking and cleaning right and I found out where they came from. I haven't ate them since over 30 years ago. But when my mother cooked them back them they never smelled and were very good. I think I remember her putting potatoes and something else that kept smell down plus her cleaning them real well.❤❤❤❤❤
Hello Chef Jeffrey, the only thing I hate about your chitterings is that I won't be there to eat some of them!! 😂😂😂❤
Looks delicious chef…. I got mine to cook for New Years . Can't wait !! 😊❤
