Hey Chef — I have used that Italian Dressing trick on mutton lamb meat — it really helps take out that lanolin-gamey taste. Works for other strong-tasting meat as well.

Thank you for the cooking tips! MerryChristmas and a Happy Healthy Prosperous Safe New Year!!!!

Not a favorite food of mine but no complaints. Just watching you with your enthusiasm is so informative with tips. Also love it when you sample your food. Makes me feel good that you like it so much and go for one more bite and one more bite. Thanks Chef Jeffery ❤❤❤

u will have ignorant people still saying chitterlings is slave food…but most cultures around the world eat intestines of animals…a lot of black americans are so insecure about our history in america they'll try to diminish what we did and ate

You are so right! I use too eat them as a child but I had a bad experience with someone not cooking and cleaning right and I found out where they came from. I haven't ate them since over 30 years ago. But when my mother cooked them back them they never smelled and were very good. I think I remember her putting potatoes and something else that kept smell down plus her cleaning them real well.❤❤❤❤❤
