    Never seen anyone make this without pounding and thinning the meat first. And where's the prosciutto? Plus that is the largest braciole I've ever seen – twice the size I usually make and see elsewhere. To be honest . . . this looks like a meatloaf.

    Too plain, I had braciole at private homes and Italian restaurants and besides the flank steak it usually includes some cold meats ) ham, salami, prosciutto) and hard boiled egg in the center
