Finally got a chance to ‘sit’ while driving on a long road trip to watch (listen) while stitching today. Have you ever read any of the Elm Creek Quilts series? You might enjoy them because of the historical bits here and there…and quilting! ♥️

Oh my gosh Nettie I loved LaVryle Spencer. I think I still have all her books and I’ll still go back and read them once in a while. Years was her best book and I think I heard once that was her favorite book that she wrote. You ladies do a great job! Take care.

I’m so sorry that anyone was unkind! Please remember that we all love you! Some people can’t see past the end of themselves, they forget that the world doesn’t revolve around them. According to Ted Lasso, (haha) goldfish have the shortest memory on the planet – be a goldfish and forget the ugly and then be an elephant and hold on to the overwhelming love and kindness and well wishes from the rest of us. When someone is ugly to me I try to imagine what could have happened to that person to make them so unhappy and then I just feel sorry for them. You can walk away from them but they are stuck with their own company. Big hugs and blessings!

I just love you girls, you always have such wonderful videos. Lindsay don’t let the naysayers get you down.
People like that are usually miserable and like to bring others down. I’m sorry it happened to you and made you sad. But you keep doing all your wonderful creativity that you share with us because you make us all so happy….

We just love ya'll! It's so refreshing just to stitch, talk about/listen to someone talk books and reading, cooking and just no drama! I got 2 rows of snow finished while listening. Laverne Spencer is a great writer, and To Kill a Mockingbird a fabulous book. Read The Book Thief – not the movie – the book. Listen to Manhunt – it's the story of the hunt for John Wilkes Booth – SO GOOD!

Talking about fresh cream from the cow reminds me when I was little going back east to Wis visiting my aunt and uncle on the farm and skimming the cream off the top of the milk and making ice cream🤤🤤🤤🤤. It was the best.

Hi, just finished watching the sit and stitch. Listening to the two of you talking reminded me of the times when my Mom and I would while away the hours playing cards or Scrabble. I really miss those times and miss her. Thanks for the memory, even though it made me teary eyed.

Oh yes Neti. I started like you with romance. Now I can’t stand them. I’m more into Louise penny, john Grissom, the Preston/Child books, Michael Connelly, David Baldacci, Beth Moore book. I also only listen to the books because I have to stitch, sew, knit, quilt and I lessen while I’m cleaning my house.

I clicked the notification button for your next live video so that I can stitch with your next time. There was no fast talking, no hard selling, just easy talk and sharing. I really like that…see you next time…😁
