    You are such an inspiration. I like how you prep so you are not cooking everyday. I only cook because I need to. I am afraid to prepare keto desserts because I don’t think I will have enough self control. I use to be a night time eater but since I got the carbs out of the house,I don’t do it anymore.     Terri, if you buy extra muffin cups then maybe get some silicone ones then you can just pop out the frozen veggie cups so easy!! Easier than the metal ones
