👌👌 I like your info and advice on OMAD and IF. I was in that mindset for the longest time, the idea of feeling hungry all the time was too much but after switching to keto and IF, it took about a week or so to adjust but the hunger just dropped off. I also started with two meals a day closer together, I did 16-8 and inched up to 20-4 and then down to one meal. It's all mindset. This coming from a person who struggles with mental/mindset issues (anxiety/bipolar 1/ptsd/adhd). I have lost 65lbs and haven't switched back to eating bad, because I feel so much better! I have 40 more to go!
What I like about this is that food is the one addiction where you have to have the addictive substance. So this way, one meal, you eat once and you're done. You can walk away from the addictive substance.
What happens if you cannot stand cauliflower? I can't even stand the smell of it. What to do? I haven't taken the 3 days challenge because of it and also I have no gall bladder. Usually can't even eat salads. period. goes right through me…
So what's the "secret ingredient"? I seem to have missed it. I realize Amanda is being a bit facetious, and that there's really no secret at all… it's just a really well crafted, delicious soup, BUT what's the ingredient the magazine publishers referred to as part of the "Triple Threat"? Is it just the cauliflower in place of potatoes?
This is an awesome soup (with options). Most days I eat very simply and try to make enough for more than one day for the freezer (for those REALLY bad days when you don't even want to cook) and this can be that meal.
