I should point out I’m not talking about intermittent fasting. That’s a complete different topic. It doesn’t work for me but I do know many benefit from it. The fasts I’m speaking of, and I’m sure most of you got it, are the fasts that accelerate weightloss. Nothing that claims to help you lose 10 lbs in 3 days in beneficial to your HEALTH. it definitely won’t have long term effects
My goal for 2021 was to make myself a priority. It's a little embarrassing to admit but I had fallen way behind on routine doctor stuff. Dentist and dental work complete, new gyn and exam, new endocrinologist, lab work, started the process of excess skin removal now. I've also started a skin care routine and have been getting a full body massage once a month. Self care, baby! If I don't take care of me, nobody will. I've also taken time to STOP and enjoy time at home with my family instead of always cleaning or doing some kind of chores.
When I started researching Keto…was overwhelmed immediately 😩😩

So it is very interesting NOOM is all about the psychological aspect of why we eat/what to do to lose it, and tools you can use to lose weight too. It also is pretty inexpensive.

I’m having a hard time motivating myself, at worst weight for a long time but have a bad cold (2nd in month 😷) but had started exercising too, prior to cold. I have a sore shoulder that hunching over the iPad during COVID hasn’t helped, sore knees too. Exercise really helps me, mentally and physically. I found a great lady on YouTube for workouts, work at your own pace, etc Caroline Girvan, workouts are free. Still do these at gym using weights. Whatever works for you. Respectfully very disagree. Tons and tons of research on fasting for health- it’s truly not about weight loss mainly. Fasting has a as amazing huge health benefits.

Yes, I agree with you, you should work out if you can… I know a lot of older women that have a very hard time doing that so I push for them to do a little walking. You should also watch carbs, Fat, Calories, Protein. I try to tell others to up the Protein and lower the Fat. Oh yes, like you said this is not a fast quick kind of loss because like you said if you do that, it will do more harm than good. Good Talk today
These videos are so inspiring and moving! You should totally make a video going over all of the food that works best for your results such as the meals you eat, Good sources of protein and what’s good to stay away from on keto when trying to be High protein, 20 total carb, and Low-fat. I feel that would be extremely helpful because that’s a problem I have is not knowing the proper way to eat on keto!!

Girl you look incredible!! Your skin is glowing and you just look so good. Such an inspiration 🙌 and you speak the truth the fast fasts are just trash, quick fixes never last!! Love the food approach!! I’m definitely in a weird place with this pregnancy eating anywhere from 50-150 total carbs but having 90% real food. Doctors want me to keep the weight gain steady so I limit any more complications since I’m already having some. Definitely not restricting and if I have a preggo craving I just have it and move on (weirdly I just want salty things and meat 🤷🏻♀️). Love the video and you girlie 💕
I'm just curious why you don't like fasting? Fasting seems to really help me burn fat. It also gets my cravings under control. Fasting isn't bad for health it can really be healing and beneficial.

How gorgeous are you? You are glowing and looking amazing. I know who you are talking about with all the different fasts. It's a crazy lifestyle. Your regime is way more sustainable. Once you started total carbs rather than net. makes so much more sense. I've never had an eating disorder but I've been on a life-long diet. Eating keto has been the most sustainable lifestyle. I'm challenging myself to excercise for 31 days, til Thanksgiving. Non stop. On my rest days, they will be active rest days. Go for a 30 minute walk. I started Monday, so I'm day 4. After that just keep myself moving 4 to 5 days again.

Want to get healthier….especially since I found out last year that I'm prediabetes. Want to lose 5-10lbs, I have lost 10lbs thus far since the beginning of the year. Been watching my carbs & what I eat. Need to incorporate more workouts into my week. Thank you for your videos ❤
