How do you calculate the macro of your soup ? Do you calcul everything before and after making a average per serving ? ( sorry for my english lollllll )

Watched this and immediately went and made it!! Thankfully had all the ingredients and the immersion blender is one of my best purchases ever. I can’t believe how much it thickens the soup! AND… this tasted like potato soup! It really did. I told my husband it was potato soup and he didn’t believe me when I told him it was cauliflower soup later! I can’t wait to eat leftovers! Lol 🙂 I will add— I don’t have an instant pot so I just made this on the stove and it was perfect. And super quick!
