Yes my husband lost lots of weight eating lots of vegetables and gained a lot of weight back when he went on meat diet.
Kroger has butter on sale starting tomorrow ( Wednesday)
$2.99 lb
I just got Kerrygold (8 of them) on clearance 1.50 walmart
I’ve been buying the 10 lb bags for years when on sale. I cut them up, thighs to the freezer for us – the legs get cooked and turned into cat food – cook up the backs for broth & then remove scrap meat to add to the dog food. Then I bake the larger bones and grind them up for the garden. Love it no waste, and saving $$$$$
Anytime you get a foam dispenser soap or dishwasher soap it is a trick. It is just the soap dispenser. They use only one tablespoon of liquid soap and fill it with water in this special dispenser. I buy that dispenser and make my own.
I was once given a case of eggs a week before the expiration date. I made pickled eggs. I froze a lot. I kept several dozen in the fridge for weeks. None went to waste.
The wisest thought that is in everyone's minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in gold, silver and digital currencies (BTC, ETH…. Stock)
Cheaper to make your own bread 🙂 Everything is cheaper making it yourself. Love it

2 dairy guys at our local grocery store both told me that eggs will last 45 days after expiration date.
About $2.50 a pound. Dark meat is about twice that
We grow enough food so that we can export. You can choose not to eat imported food and would still be healthy. Australia exports rice and many other foods to Asia and around the world, we grow more that enough food. We have very strict agricultural laws to keep our food contamination free. That is one of the major reasons why our food is desirable ioverseas as a export
Actually Australia can support itself food wise. Freight is what adds to the costs. 95% of people live on the coast. 5% of us live in the interior. I live in the tropical north. Many fruit and veg is grown up here as well as the south and coastal regions. Local mangoes are exported. Beef cattle are also exported and other food stuff in our area. I grow some veggies for eating myself. I’m vegan so eat mostly fresh wholefoods and eat very low carb. Eating low carb helps keep diabetes under control and also to loose weight. I am one of those people who pay $7+ a loaf of bread because the one eat is very low carb to fit my dietary needs. I cannot eat white bread because of the carb content. But I don’t buy sweets, cakes, pastries etc. maybe a show on helping people with chronic health issues and eating cheaply.. No Australia is a democracy but we have social medicine
Hello Kellam family and Jill. I Keep missing your live videos. Love love your long videos. Bought butter over the holidays for $1.99 a pound at ALDIs. I really stocked up good and froze what I didn’t use. Love watching your channel and Goshen. I learn from both of yous. Great info. God bless all!
2. Margerine is gross. I use oil for most cooking and butter sparingly for taste.
My kids have been making oatmeal in the microwave since they were under 10 years old!
5 minutes into the video and you saved us money. We just placed an instacart order on Kroger for chicken and searched that deal and for us in Georgia it 8.89 for 10lbs fresh chicken leg quarters. I went and added it to my order plus the whole chicken is 1.39lb and I used to pay back in the 90s abt $0.69-0.79/lb. My teen son just roasted his first whole ch chicken tonight and is ready for more. (He wants to be a ched) Thanks so much.
Missed you today, was flying home . Funniest thing about the chicken breast meat. Here in Japan it is the cheapest cut!
Dave’s killer bread will certainly kill you with shock at that price! 😂😂 unbelievable.
2. I would rather not have a spread than eat it.
Good bread is pricy but you cant beat the taste and texture. No, not ever will we eat margarine again. Fresh fruit and veggies are so good for our bodies. Eat healthy for healthy strong bodies.
Save the bones and make bone broth. If you make it plain, it's really good for dogs.

Olive wood is probably from Israel.
Your gifts are so cute!🥰
I grew up eating only margarine. Only got real butter when we went out for a meal once in a blue moon. I stock up on butter when it’s on sale, so my freezer is stocked up, and I also can my own ghee. So, no, I will not use margarine. Love your channel! 😊
Float your eggs in water, if they float they are bad
If you have a Lidl in your area, they sell their brand of white bread for $.50 a loaf. It is very popular and sometimes sells out by the evening.
I get clearance French bread at Walmart for $0.44 quite often. I just ate French bread pizza for dinner with a $0.44 loaf. I did the 30 day free Amazon Prime trial at Christmas time. I am not much of a shopper, but on the rare occasion I want to order something, I wait until I have a $35 total to get free shipping. Or I combine an order with my mom to get the $35 total. Oatmeal is so quick and easy in the microwave. I add cinnamon and a banana. I don’t understand why people buy the packets or cups. So ridiculous.
DAVE — I found 2 quart insulated bottles with pop-up straws at thrift store. I keep it filled with water or Crystal Light. When the straw is down. And I knock it over in the car, it doesn't make a huge mess. I like the bottles better than cups. SAVES A TON OF MONEYWHEN OUT because one goes with me so I don't buy sodas on impulse.
