    To get rid of crystals in a bottle of honey simply place the bottle in a water bath – Temp 130-140F/55-60C for a few minutes (may need longer if it's heavily crystalised) and the crystals will dissolve.
    The water temp is the key, e.g. don't use boiling water.

We have thrown away so many bottles of crystallized honey, because we live in the high desert, so maybe you could do a quick video of how to make whipped honey butter, but I could probably find a recipe for it somewhere here on YouTube, it just won't be as delicious as yours. Thai food is my favorite, and your dinner looked so delicious! I need to stop talking, please don't feel like you should reply. Thank you so much, Louise for sharing your recipe!
