I have a couple autoimmune diseases Addison’s and psoriatic arthritis but everyday I have cream in my BPC (no MCT oil-intestines can’t handle even smallest amt). What about dairy causes probs with your psoriasis? I haven’t noticed any cream or cheese (small amt when consumed) issues. 🙋‍♀️☕️❤️🙏🧈🧈🧈🧈(a stick a day incl 2T b4 bedtime tho I have insomnia or wake @ 3am bc of Dawn phenomenon!
