Re; the cholesterol, it's the particle size that's important~ having high cholesterol w/big fluffy particle size is what we want. Glad you mentioned that, along w/everything else you addressed/answered. This was a good, solid Q & A Courtney🎯so thanks for coming on. I'm putting together a playlist for new people who have lots of questions, & this is a great addition.
Have an awesome wknd~ hopefully your little one's night prowling is a soon-to-pass phase😂Boy, do I ever remember those days! W/one of our kids, we used the "dark & silent method" & it actually worked~ I was shocked. When she got up, we didn't talk or snuggle or turn on lights etc, just gently put her back in her bed right away ~over & over & over again. Took a few nights, but when she figured out that nothing ELSE was going to happen, she started staying in bed again
    💓Love from AZ~ Samantha

I also want to add that I made kick-ass taco bowls for dinner then I made a ribeye and added some parm cheese for tomorrow’s breakfast! My main worry right now is that I’m not getting enough calories. I eat a large-ish breakfast and dinner but I don’t track calories, i just make sure I’m not eating carbs or sugar.

Just started carnivore middle of February. I have the MTHFR gene mutation and need to eat organic and folic acid free, i got tired of have a big belly so I decided to try carnivore. I’m pretty strict with it now but will probably add a small amount of broccoli to my diet. Today at work we had a safety meeting and they always have donuts, oranges and bananas….I had none of it!!
