    I think you could do a provolone, jack, or muenster on there. Mozz might be okay too. Mild enough to not conflict but still gooey. Asian cheese is tofu 😉
    There's a bunch of Korean corn dog places popping up now and you should ABSOLUTELY do them on one of the shows.

    That pizza looked awesome. Cured Chinese sausage is a staple out here on Guam. Another tasty trick is to just throw three or four of those sausages into your rice cooker when you’re cooking rice. It flavors the rice and you can have the sausages with the rice when it’s all done. And in some garlic sautéed greens and you have one hell of a dish!
