I cannot wait to try this! I love apple desserts! Maybe with a little bit of Smuckers Sugar Free Caramel topping drizzled on top! BTW, I always get carried away with the foil!

Roy, Roy, Roy! I now have dessert planned for Thanksgiving!!! Thank you so big! Okay let’s talk carbs. As a person with Type2 diabetes I am very familiar and used to calculating carbs as follows: We count “net” carbs. This means that you subtract fiber and sugar alcohols because of the way they digest in the body. Most of the substitutes are made with erythritol and monk fruit, those grams are not counted in net carbs. Allulose I’d a sub that isn’t sugar alcohol but made of slow digestive elements like a sugar alcohol that you don’t count. Confused? Let me know anc I’ll be happy to supply an example. Thanks so much for this recipe, I will give it a test drive way before TG!

Looks delicious and can't wait to try! I'll let you know how it goes but I'm sure it will be great. Right now I am going to have some of your yogurt and fruit for breakfast! It has become one of my favorites – with the banana, strawberries and blueberries. I like to add 2 tsp of vanilla skinny syrup or the caramel skinny syrup to the yogurt. Thanks for all you do
