I’m in the uk and followed you for nearly 3 years after being introduced to your recipe book and your channel by my neighbour. She was a diabetic for 25 years but is no longer and such an inspiration too. My pain levels and energy levels have improved since following your advice. I no longer eat grains and increased my protein, I’ve always loved veg. This way of eating altered my desire to eat all day long.

I'm trying to keep my weight with low carb, sometimes I bake my own bread without sugar but with flour or I bake flaxseed bread. I eat with avocado and chicken ham, scramble eggs, hamburger.
I drink coconut milk or chicken broth, have fruit, salad with tuna, salmon, some meet, if I want dessert I tried to prepare my own instead to have a dessert with sugar.

I tend to eat two meals a day mostly Keto. Usually I'll have black coffee for breakfast, then I'll either have a tuna/chicken salad with hard boiled eggs and avacado, or a Mexi bowl with Cauliflower rice and ground beef. Dinner will be Salmon and a vegetable. However like you I am not ridgid about it. I naturally tend to eat natural food and avoid highly processed foods. But I might go to Taco Bell a few times a year and not worry about it. I also try to fast for 36-72 hours on water a few times a year.

Hi, I live in Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA. My daily, so called Keto plan, is currently 2-3 cups of MCT coffee in the morning, no lunch, drinking electrolytes during the day and then somewhat of a keto dinner. I just returned from a trip to North India – Delhi, Agra & Jaipur. Loved the food!!! I love your recipes!! It doesn’t matter to me if they are Keto or not because I know how to tweak them…..if I want to. 😁

For breakfast I typically have a glass of water, and maybe some leftovers from dinner.
For lunch, a glass of water and if I'm hungry some fried rice with maybe some ground beef and vegetables.
For dinner, a piece of meat (usually beef or chicken, about 400 grams) with every other day some fried rice and vegetables.

I stopped eating ketovore several months ago, mostly for economic reasons. A diet of only meat was simply becoming way too expensive.
What that diet did teach me is where my food intolerances and allergies are, so I've cut wheat and most other grains (excluding only rice), sugar, soy (bit of soy sauce as a marinade is ok), from my diet, as well as seed oils and artificial sweeteners.

I've been a huge fan of your keto videos, and I'm still keto. Off and on, I do keto which I love ,and works great for me to feel great, but I respect your decision and I will still be a fan no matter what food you eat. I've been a metal fan since I was 5, and I love your music, so cheers and keep rocking sir!

New Zealand. Breakfast: very large cup of black coffee sweetened with stevia. Lunch starch based meal of potatoes or rice with veges. Dinner: low fat , high starch eg air fried potatoes & kumara with salad or stir fry veges & rice. If I want a burger I will make a chickpea & beetroot patty myself & cook my fries fat free in the air fryer.😀

IF for as long as I can reach day. Sometimes I'm 16:8 or 23:1, but I try to do a 20:4 most days. Mostly keto (80% clean), but I eat regular on special occasions (birthdays, holidays, celebrations, etc.), then fast the "crap" off.

I stop eating at 6:00pm and don't eat again til 6:00 am, which is 2 cups of coffee and keto pumpkin cheesecake muffin. We didn't call that fasting in the 70's, just skipping supper.

Hello from Sydney! I’m mostly low carb, I usually don’t have breakfast.. just freshly ground coffee with Mct oil, cream, stevia and a pinch of salt. Lunch is typically a big grilled chicken salad or eggs/bacon/sausage type meal and dinner is cauli rice with curry and another veg. Low carb coz I don’t exclude sweet potatoes, moderate amount of fruit, etc. TBH I feel best on a full keto diet, but going in and out causes electrolytes imbalance for me which then triggers migraines. But that’s just me.

I actually watched you all the way! Never done that before, but I found you very interesting, been trying to stick to a Keto diet for the past 5 weeks but now completely ‘lost it’!!
I kept being hungry but was it food or something else?? I felt I was missing something , yes my carbs!! Not so much shop bought food but my own cakes cookies (with my coffee, tea) my problem is I can’t just have 1 slice of freshly baked cake I devour 2 to 3!!
But the first 3 weeks on keto ( even with few cookies) I did loose quite a bit of weight, which was exciting to see! But I had 20 kilos to loose, & only lost 3kilos! So after watching your video I decided to eat 500cals at each meal = 1500 cals total a day . So wish me well . I’ve been watching you now for only 6 weeks , You actually got me thinking about Keto plus another YouTube creator Highfalutin’ Low Carb
By the way I’m 74 yr woman of Finnish background living in Australia 🤗

Arizona. Breakfast and lunch depends on the day. During the week for breakfast I’ll have a yogurt or I’ll make two fried eggs with potatoes onion. Lately I have been just having yogurt. Lunch during the week is just a sandwich with chips and sometimes fruit. dinner is a variety of things, sometimes i’ll make chicken fried steak other times it will be a sheet pan meal, sometimes it will be just macaroni and cheese or spaghetti, usually it’s whatever can be made quickly. I really try to aim to have a protein, starch, and veg for dinner.
Weekend: for breakfast i will make scrambled a with bacon, pancakes, crepes with a cream cheese filling etc., now for breakfast whatever day I go grocery shopping on I will buy donuts, lunch is usually takeout or I’ll heat up taquitos or frozen burritos, dinner is whatever I had meal planned or I do take out. If I did take out for lunch, I’ll either won’t eat dinner or have a snack.

Typing this out made me realize I do not eat as clean as what I thought lol

Florida, USA. I cook all of my breakfast and lunches for the week on Sunday since I work. I usually eat some form of eggs and sausage/bacon for breakfast. I will have soup containing veggies and some kind of protein for lunch. Supper will normally have a protein and fat, and for a snack in the evening it will be a sweet keto dessert. I'm a ketovore I would say. I don't consider the way as I eat as a DIET. It is the way I eat because it makes me my best possible self.

I eat keto. Eggs and bacon for breakfast. Usually, chicken, beef, seafood, or pork, for lunch and dinner, sometimes with veggies like broccoli with cheese .. Most often it's just a beef roast, burger patty, or ground beef because it's what i like, and it's easy. I can't have gluten because I'm celiac, and avoid sugar for mental health reasons, but otherwise, i just eat what makes me feel best, and it just happens to be that i feel best mostly eating meat. I pretty much feel amazeballs when i just eat meat.
