You are a whole good one taking on that bread maker the bread looked lovely but and it is a big but that machine takes 3 hours just for 1 loaf what your electric bill be I bet that will put it up big time but is a credit to you for trying it. I wish you all the best making your bread and I will drop in again to see what you do next. Good luck I think I will stay with my 2 airfryers take care.

You can make equally good bread with plain flour I never buy bread now tin of yeast keep in freezer plain flour and as the price of bread has gone up you can time them to wake up to which is what I often do. I have the Panasonic I paid over a £100 but I’ve found the cheaper ones are equally as good xx

I've had a bread maker for years, I stopped making bread during the lockdown when I couldn't get any yeast. I am going back to making bread again as the cheapest loaf is around 50p. The only thing I hated about the bread maker was that the dough paddles are left in when baking the bread and the loaf has a hole in the bottom when the loaf is cooked. I used to make the dough then bake the bread in the oven after a few times as the hole could cause fillings in a cut sandwich to fall out.
Now I have an air fryer and I will be making the dough in the bread maker and making bread rolls in the air fryer.

Hi Keith I’ve got a little bread maker, they’re alright ain’t they. Can’t say I use it as often as I should cos I’m a lazy bint, but they’re great if you do need to use it. Look forward to Tom video, that linguini looks nice.

Nice purchase, I love home made bread. Going off topic. I bought an Aldi Gyros Kit. Wouldn't fit in my freezer so I had the bright idea of taking it out the box. Now, I want to eat it and can't remember the cooking times. So, you have come to my rescue, your review of Aldi Gyros showed me cooking times and the process. Don't ever doubt how usefull your videos are to someone somewhere sometime. Thank you

Nice to see you back, have you tried bread in your slow cooker or air fryer, some recipes only proofing for 2 hrs in kitchen? another video idea for you, when you have time.

Nice to see you back and on an even keel. I have a bread maker, had one for years, different makes, but now have what everyone will tell you is the Rolls-Royce one, a Panasonic. You soon get used to them and once you find a recipe you like, just stick with it. With the paddles sticking in, I found once used a bit they are left in the machine. One tip once loaf is out of pan, leave it on a rack for a couple of hours, you may find really fresh bread giving you tum ache. I set my timer for overnight, so wake to fresh bread which is then ready for eating at lunchtime. If you fancy trying a ready made bread mix I recommend Wrights Cheddar & sun dried tomato. Gorgeous. The mixes are a quid in Asda or £1.40 in Sainsbury's if you are rich. PS use an electric knife to cut homemade bread, too fresh for ordinary bread knives without getting door stops

I'm on my third breadmaker. First one I got was a Prima from QVC, I think in 2005, then a Morphy Richards and the one I have now, a Panasonic SD2500 and it's brilliant. If you like pizza, they make great pizza dough. All you've got to do is flatten into a round shape and put on whatever you like on it. Lovely. Nothing beats home made bread but be prepared. It won't last long as it'll be eaten quickly. My most used appliance in the kitchen is my Instant Pot. My son bought it for me for Mother's Day 2 years ago after I kept going on about getting one. Use it nearly every day. I've hardly used the stove top since.
