Where do you get fresh fish? My Whole Foods told me their fish arrives frozen and they thaw it and place in case and it’s no different than what’s in freezer case. Once I learned this I asked around at my other grocers and was told the same thing so I don’t even know where the heck to get fish fish!

I’ve only started watching your videos. Do you have a specific video that actually explains the food plan you follow? I see bits and pieces of what you’re doing but am trying to get a better grasp on the overall plan.

I would love to see your garden, LuLu! I have a few pots on the patio—cherry tomatoes, Olympus pepper, Thai basil, Genovese basil, cilantro, bee balm, lemon balm, parsley, Greek oregano, sweet mint, spearmint, and stevia.
    Lots of flavor options.

Hi, Lulu, I guessed 100$… wow, you have more veggies for one than we have for two. I think I should use my scale! ⚖ I avoid waste, too, I even throw (organic) lemon and orange peel into the freezer. They are easy to grate in frozen condition and great to give aroma to salads, tea, rice and veggies… Thanks and love, Monika❣

Lulu…You are having an impact on me…I cannot believe it I, actually, bought a plastic container of salad greens, a bag of coleslaw, carrots, baby cukes, Avacado's, cherry tomatoes, stuff to make a big-ass salad…lol!
Oh dear, now I have to eat it and not leave it till it rots.
I was going to start Saxenda daily injections to start a weight loss journey but, I changed my mind, too many side effects. Wish me luck, Lulu. I need motivation because I am 40lbs overweight!
Thanks for showing us your grocery haul.❤

Great idea on the lemon juice ice cubes! I see the beautiful bags of lemons at Costco at a great price but when I buy the bag I usually wind up throwing some of them away!! Also going to try the smaller Japanese sweet potatoes. We got some gigantic ones and the skin is a bit thick. I think a lot of the nutrients are in the skin so I would prefer to eat it. Thank you for the tips!! My 22 year old son loves the Japanese sweet potatoes too!!

Hi Lulu, I love sayings and quotes. They help me often, especially in the moment. Live and let live, one day at a time, keep it simple. I like today’s saying, “ If I fail to plan, I plan to fail”! I’m always saying “You gotta have a plan”, and follow through, of course! Thank you for being an inspiration to us all!❤❤❤❤❤

Your chives are amazing! Yup the fresh fish is great, been loving the haddock. I use Fresh Direct delivery, very good. Losing tenths of an ounce but at least it’s in the right direction, and I know everything I eat is good for me.
