Just a couple of Little hints from a lady who has been cooking for over 43 years. When baking your pork roast or even when baking pork chops. Completely cover them with plain yellow mustard. This will hold the seasoning on the meat. You won’t taste the mustard. Just a little trick I learned years ago. I also suggest that you add apple cider vinegar in the water just like between 1/8-1/4 of a cup this tenderizes the meat. I have found that pork can have a funky taste (which means it was a fully intact male or a female in heat when processed) this will help with that. I always add ACV when marinating any pork or beef . Thank you for helping me learn so much about bread making & sewing. You can teach an old dog new tricks .. LOL
