I'd stick to making simpler stews at your level unless you have access to some cooking xp booster books. Try something simpler like making the broth yourself in smaller batches, this you can do at your own home if you are a member and don't pay off your mortgage or try cooking for longer with various cuts of beef. You don't need so much lean meat and defo no premade broth. Also you get like 25xp per pot at your levels for freezing cubes of broth for later use. I think you can literally three tick those on your counter with some baggies and have it cubed. GLHF
Not sure if putting hot onion and garlic straight from the pot in this repurposed plastic yogurt can is safe. Many plastics that are used for food storage produce toxic chemicals when heated or put under direct sunlight, because they aren't supposed to be used for those purposes.
