We had pork loin Mississippi Crockpot Roast for supper tonight. We love it! I’ve made it with beef roast, pork loin roast, thick cut pork loin chops and boneless skinless chicken breast. We love Lima beans! I like to put cut okra in mine.

I will check with all my local grocery stores first to see if they carry it.
