We always do potato salad for Easter too. We do mayo and a bit of mustard, diced onion and sweet relish. I also enjoy dill potato salad with sour cream, a bit of mayo and tons of dill. (Season to taste with garlic and onion powder). This is a fun menu. I think the bruschetta idea is a fun one. If you can wait until after Easter, you may find the bone in hams for 25 cents a lb. Last year, I got 3 hams for 25 cents a lb. It was something like 30 lb for 10 bucks.

What a sweet and enjoyable video, thank you! The baby in his high chair was too funny; he looked totally stuffed and ready to pass out lol. Adorable kiddos, all of them.

I love to make pastel potato salad for Easter. After I boil my eggs, I crack them a bit, and the dye them. It makes a really pretty mosaic pattern. I also make stuffed eggs (deviled eggs, we don't call them that) that way too.

I have a grocery ad that features Bone in Ham Butt $.69/ pound. My freezer is full . But to buy this deal I could cook the pork butt already frozen and that would free up space

I think I will make a homemade carrot cake this year, I have a love/hate relationship with Easter lol. I also like to add shredded carrots to potato salad as well. I know it sounds terrible, holidays can be bit much for me. Stay blessed everyone.

Wow that is a lot of food for just $17. And I bet the family loves having two holiday meals every holiday 😁. I gotta try that egg fight game with my nephews they might like it. Thanks for the idea πŸ–€πŸ‘πŸΎ

Have you ever tried to cut up the potato before you cook them? They cook evenly, let them cool on a plate or in the bowl you want to use to serve it. they cool way quicker and you can just at the rest of the ingredients, stir it and ready, no mess πŸ™‚
