Malay cooking, tasty and economical. I'm learning a lot from Middle Eastern cooking and N Africa cooking ie Libya/Tunisia /Egypt where COUS COUS originate from. Yesterday I came across the Kamishbread, a biscuit/biscotti original, (Kamish an Arabic boys name) where this biscuit 'bread' were baked twice, for longevity on their travels. Obviously tweaked as a biscotti. It's just amazing what you learn in research, that we don't learn in westernized countries, unless we investigate origins. Lovely Fatima, Shukran.
