Lemon Garlic Tuna Cakes Recipe:
2 12oz cans of tuna (in water)
1/2c carrots
1/2c celery
2tbsp onions
1tbsp fresh parsley
1/2c Parmesan cheese
1 1/2tbsp minced garlic or 2-3 garlic cloves
1 1/2c bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp Cajun or creole seasoning
1tsp black pepper
1/2tsp dill
2 eggs
2tsp lemon zest
2 squeezed lemon juice
1c sour cream
2tbsp relish
1tsp Cajun or creole seasoning
1tbsp mustard (jalapeño, honey Dijon or yellow)
greens onions (optional)
lemon slices (optional)
