hahahaha, i did something very similar to what you did kate, but i used two chicken carcasses, and a duck carcasse, but i added in about liter of chicken stock, and the remaining water i had from my brita, the remaining roasted potatoes, and onions i had along with some fresh ones i was skimpy on the salt because my prof in college, "told us never to add salt during this time because the more it reduces the saltier it will get", so i did all my seasoning near the end of its cooking time.

yum!! looks so good (& good for me too)! i'll have to leave out the spinach (can't have it), but i can't wait to make this 😀 we're doing our best, as a family, to reduce our food waste here in the States.

    3 things:

    -Your hair looks A-MA-ZING!
    -Soup looks tasty as heck!
-Is there something up with the lighting in this video? It looks a tad dark 🙁
-Is your dress secretly also a magic-eye picture? If I stare intently enough I feel like I can see many happy chickens roaming free
-Bugger that was actually 4 things. 5 if you include this. I FAIL AT COUNTING
