This recipe should nearly have been in the quarantine kitchen! Great "do it yourself" recipe for people stuck in second/third wave close down. Family loved it – and agreed about the Mediterranean influence the combination of salad and this hot dish is a keeper! Thanks again Christine – we are just waiting for a new video – but until then we can enjoy the older ones we have not tried so far!

Thanks for this fabulous recipe….I thought I was good at using left over chicken. Wow, this is a great one I made it today. I have only used tahini in hummus, it tastes so good in this recipe. I’ll now try some of your others. I also like how you present them, straight to the point, no messing.

Those are the kind of dishes I end up making since I live alone and have most of what I would need to make such dishes. That dish looks great and would be what I would make with my Instant Pot and microwave oven. Right now I need to go shopping to fill my pantry and refrigerator with items I need since I have eaten up most of what I have. Thanks so much for sharing that dish idea with us all and may the rest of the week be fantastic for you.

I’m going to try to cook my leftover chicken the same way as Christine Cushing using gym all clade aluminum pan; I like the way she used the sweet potato y grating it into smaller pieces!

This looks delicious but I am so not very good at combining bits and pieces of things to make a meal. My husband is really good at it though. The joke in our house– 'he can make a meal out of a can of coke and a radish'.
