    i simply feel like i have a moral responsibility to comment here. I insist you do not do this, or at least record yourself doing the "freeze-drying" process. I am sorry to sound rude, but I highly doubt you will be "freeze-drying" anything, as it takes weeks to do properly and requires special equipment.

    Hi Jack… All of the stuffings I have made require a baking step after being assembled. It sure seems to bring all the flavors together and smooths out the texture. Did you bake this, or is this just assembled without baking? The recipe you wrote does not indicate baking.
