I'm sorry, but this wasn't good at all. This to me, isn't lasagne and I had to throw it out.
I have the exact same instant pot so this was very informative. We got it for Xmas and I finally used it for this. It turned out great! A bit too much liquid but that's my fault for forgetting to factor in Florida's crazy humidity. Thanks!

I tried this in Australia with my mini that I’ve just got. Had to adapt and modify the recipe a touch, I also had the burn notice and it wouldn’t get to pressure but I got there eventually and it looks delicious. Having it later tonight for dinner. Thank you.

Doug, I'm already subscribed, so your excellent recipe showed up this morning. I made some changes:
I used cheap mozzarella cheese although I added hand dipped ricotta cheese + live probiotics
Carrot and onion
Chopped spam, yes pork
Mini pressure cooking for the win
EDIT Doug, Olive Garden does not serve anything like this
