I drool every time Jess makes her magic baked potatoes and now you're doing it to me. Hubs truly LOVES barbecue on his. The old saw about exploding potatoes reminds me of exploding pressure cookers. Of course we know everything miraculously turns to poison on its expiration date. Run for the hills! There are innocuous-looking foods and appliances in our kitchens just waiting to kill us and our families! All snarkiness aside, your meals looked delicious as usual. Did you think of using that baja sauce on your fish tacos? Hmmm.
The BBQ chicken baked potato looked so good! I was toying around with doing something like that this week but the hubby isn’t able to eat a lot due to having a wisdom tooth removed so I don’t know that I’ll be cooking much. Haha Food looks delicious girl!
I know you have to poke them in the microwave so they don't explode… Not sure why in the oven. Maybe just so they cook evenly? When I make my potatoes in the air fryer, I don't even poke them, and they turn out great! 🤷🏻♀️😂 Everything looks so good, and I'm starving!
