    Great approach, K! Now on maintance I eat and even workout "intuitivly". It is the best! Finnaly have a rest from calculator. Life is easy. Is it lazy keto? Well ok. Lets call it lazy hahaha

    I used to be amazing at fasting. I would fast for 20 hours between each meal & do a 36 hour fast on Sunday. Then I lost too much weight & my doctor said I should gain weight but I gained too much weight after stopping my diet 😭 I am 5’7 130 lbs. & my goal is 115 lbs. I will try keto on Monday to reach my goal by Christmas 🥰

    I like these types of videos because they are real and achievable. I think most folks do lazy keto. Tracking can be overwhelming and causes me to think about food more than I should. So, keep up the good work. I enjoy this type of content 👍

    Would love to see a video just on “fat fasting”… like how much fat do you eat/drink in what kind of eating window? I’ve not heard much on this subject. I have a super hard time prioritizing protein for fat loss. I really feel like I need the fat. But I’ve been stalled for a year. 😒 I just hear a lot of “don’t eat extra fat if you want to lose fat”…,, (Emmerich’s, Ted Naiman, etc) their approach seems so logical but it’s hard for me to do. I feel more stomach distention and tiredness when I eat highER protein and lowER fat.

    Plants are the forbidden fruits… the reason why we were kicked out of paradise.. we became sick..!

    When you realized you bought the wrong salmon ☺️ so funny, that kind of thing happens to me all the time! Then I see how rigid and set in my ways I am since starting this lifestyle. But hey, there‘s a good reason for it! I feel awesome, fitter than ever. My body usually objects in some strange way, when I eat anything I know I shouldn‘t. Even with a little „normal“ mayo or saladdressing if Im eating out, I‘ll feel it the next day. Do you eat salads anymore? I thought maybe once in a while. But you‘d probably also have some strange reaction if you overdid it with all sorts of veggies, right?
