Growing up in a family of 10 I know how important that 3rd bathroom is. We actually had 2.5 bathrooms & there were times all 3 toilets 🚽 were in use. So even 3 is never enough but way better. Can’t wait to see the finished bathroom & other parts of the basement. My bedroom was in the basement along with my older brother & I absolutely loved it. Always stayed cool in the summer & warm in the winter. Never even heard storms that came through at night.

You have such a wonderful eye for design.
You can use a frosted window cling on both sections of glass on the window that can distort the viewing in but can still let light in. It looks like a multi directional painted frost. My brother and sister in law has that in their half bath (it was there when they bought the house) as the window faced the driveway
