I don't have one, and I need to get one.

Always season your beef AFTER you drain it! Otherwise you’re just dumping your seasonings down the drain

I had a gowise 14 QT. I live alone but I cook in bulk so that there is food always available for me when Home Care isn't here. One of my kids ever has a year ago when I moved stole it going with a bunch of other things.
I'd like an Instant Pot but to be honest, I don't need one. I'm retired, there are only 2 of us and cooking is more like a hobby, to have something that cooks so fast would spoil my day, but hey, for a family or working mum/dad, its heaven sent. My son and his wife have one of those Ninja ones, they have 4 kids and its invaluable. Great video
