Love your Sous Chef sweet Meredith! Also, Wentworth is getting so tall, time flies. Love the Dill Pickle salad and sadly my Costco has been out of it for a while. I saw your Nutella and need to share the recipe for a Nutella Cream Pie that I made for the first time. Take a graham cracker crust, spread 1/4th cup Nutella on the bottom. Whip together 8 ounce softened block of cream cheese with remainder of Nutella (started with a 13 ounce jar, not the large one from Costco), add 1 tub of defrosted Whipped topping and blend until well combined. Add to crust and refrigerate at least 4 hours- delicious!

You mention the onions and potatoes not keeping as well as they used to when refrigerated. Why not get a little dorm size fridg in your pantry to keep them in. Just a thought.
35:26 one trick I learned when making this kind of salsa is to chop the onions first and put the lime juice on them while you prep everything else…. It really makes a difference! Love your videos Kim!
