I will be honest and say I have never made any recipes from your channel. I want to someday, but not in near future. BUT I always watch your videos, it's so calming and it gives a warm fuzzy feeling of nostalgia. It reminds me of the rich and nutritious food and heritage I belong to. Such love and care while preparing food (even while slicing a potato :P)! I think your video-making skills are the best I have seen in the youtube culinary world! You guys don't get enough credit for it.
