Hi. I just brought this product. First test steam air leaking and the signal keep spinning and never start count down, I send back to service center. After service they said the silicon ring got problem then they alr change it for me. After i bring back home do the test again, I'm very disappointed same issue problem not slove.
Help!!! I just tried my pressure cooker. How come steam came out from sides and the pink valve doesn’t pop up like yours did. And when I press the air release button to release the steam, no steam came out. It’s seems like no pressure build up in my pressure cooker. By any chance do you know what happened? I’m a first time user by the way.
I saw there is a button for Sous Vide, but I am unable to see whether you can set the temperature for Sous Vide… can you confirm?
