Thank You! We are looking for a healthy soup for colder days. We don't need to lose weight and we are not vegan, but I am always looking for healthy recipes!

Has anyone tried this "diet" with just the soup? Maybe even tried it with fish as a part of the program. Or adding eggs to the meal because eggs are absorbed much more than a lot of food that your body digests. Has anyone added chicken or ground beef to the soup to add flavor instead of the bouillon cubes? No experiments outside of the original recipe? Just wondering. I've been doing the Keto Diet for 5 months and lost 50lbs., 28 of it last month. I'm wondering how this work using Keto as the idea for the diet. I usually eat about 10 oz. of leafy greens and 6-8 oz. of meat protein along with 6 eggs, once a day. I'm changing the meat protien to salmon as I have just found out that it is the best fish to eat because of the Omega-3 days that it contains. I'm trying to figure out if this soup would do well as my vegetable source along with the fish and eggs that I already eat. I need some info….
