I Love pork and sauerkraut! 🧡 I'm from near Amish country PA! We also always have it for New Year's day. Supposed to be 'good luck' in our neck of the woods!

Success! You made me hungry watching your video and topped it off with your maple biscotti. Yelled to my wife, let's make some maple syrup walnut biscotti!
Thanks for the video! Are you getting ready for snow? It snowed twice in Milwaukee and was only 14 degrees early yesterday! Too early for that! It's Fall, isn't it? There are still leaves on the trees here.

My sonon made sauerkraut. Put it in crockpot with boneless pork loin. Wish i would have thought of the apple cider..
Mine was good but yours looks better because it fell apart.Cider made it look jucier.

How can anyone give this video a thumbs?
That looks like such a wonderful, hearty and tasty meal. There is so much satisfaction in doing things yourself, the thumbs down crowd must only eat their meals out of the house.

That looks delish! We love pork loins… and sauerkraut and apples. We will have to try that Biscotti, wife does a chocolate one but that Maple Walnut sounds great! Great production works as always, thanks for sharing!

You do such a GREAT job filming your recipes. So clear and sharp. Using cider instead of juice was a VERY smart move. Nothing goes better with pork than concentrated apple flavors! Perfect savory dinner for a cold, fall night. Delicious leftover too I bet. I regret not making apple sauce this year. Do you put sugar in yours?
