    So weird seeing someone eat bulgogi without chopsticks, lol 😛 Thanks for the video! I actually got readymade bulgogi marinade from a korean store we have here – I assume this will work just as good with a pressure cooker, even if you don't do the marinade yourself?

    An extra step you can perhaps try is taking the pieces of meat out and maybe pan frying them a bit more to get the usual bulgogi charred flavor commonly seen with fire grilling. It adds another layer of flavor complexity, but unfortunately some people cannot tell the difference sometimes. It is still something my friends and I would commonly do back in the motherland, though.
